After earning her law degree, she worked for nearly five years in the Compliance function of a smaller domestic bank. During this period, she also obtained postgraduate specialist qualifications in capital markets and banking law. She joined Erste’s Compliance area 12 years ago, initially as a specialist. Since 2014, she has held various leadership roles within the team, and since 2017 she has headed the institution’s entire Compliance function, which has grown steadily in recent years both in responsibilities and headcount. She served as the employee-delegated member of the Supervisory Board of Erste Bank Hungary Zrt. from 2016 to 2023. She currently holds the position of Vice Chair in the Hungarian Banking Association’s Anti-Money Laundering and Compliance working groups.
