Ágnes Sütő

Since July 1, 2025, she has served as Chief Executive Officer of the Investor Protection Fund. She has been Vice President of the Hungarian Marketing Association since 2011. Between 2018 and 2025, she worked at the Hungarian Banking Association as Deputy Secretary General for Communications and Director of Banking Operations. She joined the Association in 2011, leading the areas of electronic channels, bank cards, and external relations and communications.

Ágnes earned her degrees at the Budapest University of Economic Sciences and at the College of Commerce of Budapest Business University (BGE). Prior to her work at the Banking Association, she was Managing Director at the Korea Development Bank (KDB Bank), where she spent eight years in various leadership roles across multiple functions.

Ágnes is a co-program owner of the KiberPajzs initiative. She initiated the Hungarian edition of the PÉNZ7 financial literacy program and received the “BÉT Legek 2018” award for promoting investor awareness. Until 2025, she served as Hungary’s member of the Brussels organizing committee of European Money Week, and was a board member (trustee) of the Pénziránytű Foundation as well as a Supervisory Board member of GIRO Zrt.
